Case 1: This patient underwent an abdominoplasty, breast lift and arm lift at our plastic surgery San Diego / Del Mar offices after a 100 pound weight loss. Traditionally arm lift scars run in the middle of the arm, but for patients such as this I put the incision more inferiorly (lower) so the scar is hidden better.
Case 2: This is a 53 year old woman who underwent a breast lift and arm lift in San Diego at the same time. She lost 110 pounds from a gastric bypass procedure, and had her abdominoplasty and thigh lift performed at the first stage, followed by the brachioplasty 3 months later.The scars are hidden inside the arm and can only be seen with the arm outstretched.
