Read these case studies:

Case 1: This 37 year old San Diego / Del Mar breast lift patient had upper back and shoulder pain from size 38 DD breasts. The breast reduction and lift took about 3 hours and this is a 8 month follow up. She is now a "full C" cup and her symptoms are gone. She also had liposuction of the abdomen at the same time.

Case 2: This 53 year old had an augmentation done many years earlier and came in to have the breasts revised. Due to her nipples being low I recommended a "periaerolar" lift(just around the nipples), This is her 3 month follow up. Her nipples are centered on the implants and she has a more pleasing shape with the new implants.

Case 3: This 44 year old woman desired her body to be back where it was before she had gained and lost weight and two pregnancies. She underwent a "mommy makeover" with a breast lift and augmentation using high profile silicone gel implants(400 cc) as well as an abdominoplasty. Notice that the belly button looks very natural and her breast shape looks great with a "vertical" lift. The scars are still pink at 4 months and will take a year to fade.

Case 4: This is a 42 year old mother of 2 who lost her volume after pregnancy and had significant ptosis (drooping). She underwent a full mastopexy (breast lift) along with placement of 450 cc high profile gel implants under the muscle. In addition, the circumference of her nipples was made smaller. This is a 3 month followup. The scars will remain pink up to six months and do not completey fade until one year post op.

Case 5: This 34 year old breast lift Temecula / San Diego patient desired a breast lift and augmentation but wanted to still have a natural amount of hanging to her breast. She had placement of a 400 cc implant under the muscle and this is a six month follow up.

Case 6: This 42 year lost breast volume and had sagging after several pregnancies. In addition she required a minimal lift around the nipple to get them centered on the implant. This is a six month follow up and she will need another 6 months so the scar is faded further. The implant is silicone gel and is 400 cc. Finally, she also had liposuction of her thighs at the same time.

Case 7: This 23 year old felt her breasts were too heavy and sagged too much. She underwent a lift and reduction and this is 3 weeks after surgery.

Case 8: This 42 year old woman had a breast lift done at another office. The procedure was a failure because a lift around the nipple was inappropiate in this patient. She underwent a full mastopexy to revise the area and this is a 2 month follow up.

Case 9: This is a mexican woman who is a nurse that lost volume and sagged after her children were born. She had an augmentation and a full lift to restore her breasts. Her scars are dark and visible at this stage(3 months) and it will take a full year with her skin type to have them lighten. overall she has a nice shape and volume. Patients with darker skin will get darker scars initially while lighter skin patients can get pink scars initially.

Case 10: This is a 37 year old San Diego / Temecula breast augmentation patient who wanted an augmentation along with better symmetry of the nipples. This is a 4 month follow up and the nipples are even.

Case 11: This is a six month follow up after a lift and an augmentation using 450 cc high profile implants. The patient had lost 80 pounds and a lot of volume in her breasts.

Case 12: This patient had a 100 pound wt loss and underwent an augmentation and a lift using silicone gel implants.

Case 13: This 46 yar old wanted the fulness and perkiness she had before pregnancy. We used a 375 cc high profile gel implant for her breast augmentation and breast lift. She is 3 months out of breast surgery in this picture and we expect her scars to continue to fade over the next several months.

Case 14: This 33 year old has lots of sagging and no volume to her breasts after pregnancy. We opted to use a 450 cc high profile gel implant under the muscle and is now a "D" cup. Her breast augmentation and breast lift were combined in one procedure and this is a 4 month follow up.

Case 16: Some breast lifts can be done just around the nipple if the breast does not require an extensive lift. This patient had a breast augmentation and peri-aerolar lift with a 450 cc high profile gel implant under the muscle. This is a year follow up.
