Case 1: This 20 year old female patient desired better "facial balance." She underwent a rhinoplasty and placement of cheek implants. The after picture is a one year follow up.
Case 2: This 24 year old San Diego rhinoplasty patient wanted her nasal hump removed and her profile improved. Case 3: This is a 27 year old who wanted some refinement of her nasal hump and did not want any changes in her tip. She underwent a "closed" rhinoplasty and this is a six month followup. The procedure took about 1 hour and her recovery about 10 days
Case 4: This 24 year old male desired refinement in his nose. The goal was to have a natural result without looking like he had a "nose job". This is a 6 month follow up and he is very happy with his outcome. The procedure took about 3 hours as his bones needed to be reset as well as his tip. He was swollen for about 3 weeks after surgery.
Case 5: This 27 year old rhinoplasty San Diego / Del Mar patient desired a rhinoplasty for nasal refinement. At the time of her rhinoplasty we took off the hump, refined the tip cartilage and made the nasal bridge less wide. The after picture is a one year follow-up after the rhinoplasty.
Case 6: This 34 year old female patient had a nose that was too long and overprojecting. She underwent a rhinoplasty in which her hump was removed, her tip rotated, and overall length was shortened. She is shown inf the after picture here, a year after rhinoplasty and happy with her outcome.
Case 7: This 23 year old wanted improvement in her facial scar and just a little improvement in her nasal profile. She had shaving of the dorsal hump and this is a 3 month follow up. Her scar is also less visible.
Case 8: This Del Mar / Temecula nose surgery patient didn't like the width of her nose. She underwent a rhinoplasty and this is a 6 month follow up.
Case 9: This 23 year old underwent a rhinoplasty with another physician which led to a poor outcome with collapse of the mid vault of the nose and a significant nasal deviation. She underwent a reconstruction using tissue from her scalp and cartilage modifications. Her profile is better and her nose balances her face better.
Case 10: This patient underwent a facelift and rhinoplasty at the same time. This is a view of the side of her nose which no longer droops and her face looks more rejuvenated.
