Dr. Munish Batra
A board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Munish Batra is renowned for his artistry, innovation, and compassion. Dr. Cagri Cakmakoglu ("Dr. Chagri")
Internationally trained and fellowship-certified in aesthetic, reconstructive, and supermicrosurgery, Dr. Cagri Cakmakoglu—known as Dr. Chagri—combines advanced surgical skill with an artist’s eye. His meticulous approach to facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and migraine surgery reflects his background at elite institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and UC Irvine. Dr. Chagri’s results are defined by precision, balance, and elegance.
Dannielle Crouch, NP
A Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Dannielle Crouch brings a holistic, patient-centered approach to wellness and aesthetics. With a diverse background in neurology, dermatology, and hormone therapy, she specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments and personalized hormone optimization. Her compassionate care and clinical expertise help patients achieve lasting vitality and natural, balanced results.
Maryam Golchin
Maryam is the patient coordinator for Coastal Plastic Surgeons. She has worked for Coastal Plastic Surgeons for sixteen years and is extremely knowledgeable about all the surgeries that Dr. Batra performs. Maryam is very caring and makes sure that the patients are well-informed and guided throughout their entire process.
Maritza Herrera, MA
As a Medical Assistant at Coastal Plastic Surgeons, Maritza Herrera plays a key role in supporting both patients and providers throughout the surgical and recovery process. Known for her warmth and attention to detail, she helps ensure that every patient visit is comfortable, efficient, and handled with the highest level of care.

Adriana Rodriguez
Adriana is the Office Manager and billing officer for Coastal Plastic Surgeons. She has years of experience dealing with insurance companies and navigating the medical billing process. She is always available to help a patient understand their bill and the insurance claim process.
Jorge Rodriguez
First Assistant – “Rod” is the doctors’ “right-hand man.” Rod is extremely knowledgeable about all the procedures that Dr. Batra performs. Rod is an integral part of this practice and to the patients. He is in the operating room with the doctors and is able to answer most of the patients’ questions and concerns, prior to and post-surgery.
