We are pleased to provide you this Privacy Policy to inform you of our practices with respect to the collection and use of information about visitors to our website and more broadly, the information of your clients. By using this site, you consent to the following terms incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use Agreement which also may be found by link at the bottom of any page on the Site.

Our Pledge To You: One of our top priorities is making sure that the information we have about you and your clients is protected and secure. We value our relationship with you and work hard to preserve your privacy and ensure that your preferences are honored. At the same time, the very nature of our relationship may result in us collecting or sharing certain types of information about you. We explain how we use customer information in this Privacy Policy. What Information Do We Collect? When you visit our website you may provide us with two (2) types of information: personal information about yourself that you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis, and website use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our website.

Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called “cookies” (see explanation below, “What Are Cookies?”) and web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, information about how the Internet is accessed, authorized access of private areas of our website, the pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the websites visited just prior to coming to and just after departing our website. It is impossible for us, or anybody else, to see your Internet usage beyond that scope with the limited methods we employ. As a matter of Company policy and for the sake of limiting storage costs, all web log files are compiled into usable statistics each month, and then destroyed.

How Do We Protect Your Information? How Do We Secure Information Transmissions? All electronic commerce transactional information is conducted within the office and not on the website, such as credit card authorization for credit reports and the social security numbers that accompany them. These are secured by latest 256-bit encryption over secured socket layer (SSL) transmissions, in adherence to international PCI (payment card industry) compliance standards for data security.

Please keep in mind that very few email relays utilize transport layer security (TLS) and therefore email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. You should not send private or confidential information to us about yourself which may contain sensitive personally identifiable information like your medical history or social security number, by email or otherwise in connection with the Site.

Certain Disclosures We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on us or parties affiliated with us; (b) protect and defend our rights and property, our Site, the users of our site, and/or our affiliated parties; and/or (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of the site, us, or third parties.

What About Other websites Linked to Our website? We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of our website. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our website to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link on our website, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Email Communication You may be contacted with offers of new products, information about rates and programs, services, or training opportunities for up to 36 months after your contact information had been originally acquired. We honestly try to limit the frequency of contact, though some categories of information (such as new financing plans available for limited time periods) may require more frequent updates. On every email communication with offers of new products, services, or training, you have the ability to be removed from our list of contacts with a single click in accordance with California State law. You are also afforded the ability to remove yourself from routine email contact by reply email, and by telephone at our toll-free number.

The Privacy Policy you just read is the most current policy which may have been in force for a limited amount of time prior to publication. We reserve the right to make modifications to our Privacy Policy at any time for any reason without specific notice to you.
