Read these case studies:

Case 1: A beautiful 23 year old 5'7" tall patient had a submuscular breast augmentation with 330cc saline implants. Her cup size went from a "B" cup to a "C" cup. Notice her cleavage is amazing and very natural. This is a perfect outcome, and patients continue to point out this picture in our photo gallery when they say that is how they wish for their breasts to look, or "can I pay to have those breasts?"!

Case 2: We made friends with a sparkly 21 year old "Roxy" surfer model who stated she did not want to be "too big" because of her professional athleticism, but wanted to enhance her feminine appearance. She was provided with a submuscular (under the muscle) breast augmentation with 275cc saline implants. As a result her breast size increased from an "A" cup to a full "B" cup and to our knowledge, she remains happy in her bikini- and beach-oriented career.

Case 3: Another pretty 23 year old breast implants patient wanted quite reasonably to be a small "C" cup. She underwent augmentation through the nipple with a 300cc saline implant under the muscle (sub-muscular implants). Photos display a six week follow-up visit. The scars, which are about an inch long, are still noticeable and will take up to six months to decrease to almost sheer invisibility. If a surgeon suggests that any procedure which involves cutting skin will eventually be scar-free, you should remain skeptical.

Case 4: A very nice 23 year old Brazilian woman came to us and wanted her breasts to balance her hips better and balance with each other better. She had a submuscular augmentation with 350 cc saline implants. The 3-month follow-up visit photos show clearly that her asymmetry is quite improved after the augmentation.

Case 5: This 23 year old breast augmentation patient wanted is 23 years old and wished to be a "full C" cup. She had placement of a 400cc high-profile silicone implant under the muscle. At the 2-month follow-up the implants are still a little high. This is a typical progression of breast implant behaviour that we discuss in detail during consultation. We expect them to drop a little further and look a little softer over the next 2-4 months. Notice that she has amazing cleavage, which is due to the amount of muscle reorganization that is done at the time of the augmentation surgery.

Case 6: At 28 years old, this young mother had been pregant and experienced some loss of volume and stretch marks on her breasts, which is an extremely common occurence. She received a submuscular breast augmentation with a 375cc saline implant filled to 410cc. As a result of this more conservative approach, she did not require a lift procedure. She has an excellent result with a natural shape any mother could be proud of!

Case 7: A 22 year old student from Mexico who wishe to attain a full "B" cup through breast augmentation. We used a 240cc saline implant inflated to 275cc and got her the outcome she wanted. Notice that the breast folds both before and after the procedure have some remaining asymmetry with the left fold lower than the right fold. Often these slight asymmetries of the fold should be left alone otherwise the implants can do what is called "bottoming out" and fall too low. In this case the outcome is so good and the risk involved with trying to do everything is simply not worth it, and we are happy to advise you when that is the case.

Case 8: Three (3) pregnancies led this 37 year old mom to our clinic for a classic "mommy makeover". Even though her breasts sag a little we did not think she needed a lift because we knew we could use a 450cc high-profile gel implant to augment her back to a natural form. In addition, she has a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) done at the same time. She has a great result and has sent in several of her friends who have had great results as well.

Case 9: As is common when large weight loss is achieved in women, this 27 year old also lost some breast volume and had sagging afterwards. She received a submuscular breast augmentation with a 475cc implant and is now a "D" cup after surgery. Notice she has great cleavage and shape. She is particularly pleased with the firmness of her breast tissue again.

Case 10: A 37 year old Latina came to us and stated she simply desired more volume. She had placement of a submuscular 350cc saline implants to make her a "C" cup. She initially thought she might want a lift, but in the end we dissuaded her taking the additional procedure, explaining that it was not worth the perky breasts vs. scars trade offs that would be involved.

Case 11: A simple straightforward surgery: breast implants patient had a 270cc implant take her from an "A" cup to full "B" cup. She could not be happier with the breast augmentation outcome.

Case 12: This 42 year old lady had some mild to moderate asymmetry and wanted to be "just a little bigger." We opted to go to a full "B" cup with 240 cc implants. She is very happy with her outcome. She is an avid runner and did not want the augmentation to restrict her activities. Note as previously descried in other cases, the asymmetry of the inframammary folds (the fold below the breasts) does not improve with an augmentation.

Case 13: A 23 year old woman who wanted to be a "D" cup came to us and was pretty fair in her expectations. We utilized 500cc high profile cohesive gel implants for her breast augmentation. At a 6 month follow up you can see the results.

Case 14: This is the prior 500cc breast implants patient but displayed in her bikini.

Case 15: This patient desired a very natural slope and "tear drop" look to her breasts with some upper pole fullness. She underwent breast augmentation with a 300cc saline implant under the muscle. This is a 3 month followup. Such special considerations can be achieved with the right anatomy and the right surgeon. (!)

Case 16: Another 23 year old woman wanted to hurry and have a "bikini body" for the summer. She went from an "A" cup to a full "C" cup with a 400cc high profile gel implant. Her breast augmentation took about 45 minutes and this is a 6 month follow up. Note that recovery times before the look is complete can vary, so do not hesitate to get a free consutation as soon as you can.

Case 17: Every patient wants cleavage, despite wanting a natural look. Both can be acheived. This patient has a breast augmentation with 375cc saline implants under the muscle. You decide whether her breast implants cleavage passes the "natural" test.

Case 18: This 27 year old patient wanted to be a "C" cup. She had a breast augmentation with 400cc high profile gel implants under the muscle. As you can see, this is another breast implantation that worked well for the patient.

Case 19: Asian women in general have shared that they have special concerns about breast size. This lovely woman wanted to be a full "B" cup. She had a breast augmentation with 300 cc saline implants under the muscle. This is a six week follow up and the implants are still a little high and the skin envelope a little tight. We are confident that she will have a more natural appearance in another 3 to 5 months, as this is a typical "settling" course.

Case 20: This 29 year old mother of 2 has a slight amount of sagging, but not enough for a lift so we opted to put in high profile gel implants 400 cc in size to give her a full "C" cup. This is a six month follow up.
