Case Studies in the Before and After Slideshow
Case 1: This 23 year old 5'7" tall patient had a submuscular breast augmentation with 330cc saline implants. Her cup size went from a "B" cup to a "C" cup. Notice her cleavage is amazing and very natural. This is a perfect outcome, and patients continue to point out this picture in our photo gallery.
Case 2: This patient is a 21 year old "Roxy" surfer model who stated she did not want to be "too big" because of her professional athleticism. She was provided a submuscular breast augmentation with 275cc saline implants. As a result her breast size increased from an "A" cup to a full "B" cup.
Case 3: This 23 year old San Diego breast implants patient wanted to be a small "c" cup. She underwent augmentation through the nipple with a 300 cc saline implant under the muscle. This is a six week follow up. The scars, which are about an inch long, are still noticeable and will take up to six months to not be visible.
Case 4: This is a 19 year old patient, 5'2" tall and 105 pounds, with laterally displaced breasts. She received 250cc saline implants under the muscle. The right (after) photographs are from a 6-month follow up.
Case 5: This is a 24 year old Brazilian female that wanted her breasts to balance her hips better. She had a submuscular augmentation with 350 cc saline implants and this after picture is at a 3 month follow up. Her asymmetry is also improved after the augmentation.
Case 6: This 23 year old breast augmentation San Diego / San Clemente patient wanted to be a "full C" cup. She had placement of a 400 cc high profile silicone implant under the muscle and this is a 2 month followup. The implants are still a little high and I expect them to drop a little further and look a little softer over the next 2-4 months. Notice she has amazing cleavage, which is due to the amount of muscle dissection that is done at the time of the augmentation.
Case 7: this 28 year old had a previous pregnancy and some loss of volume and stretch marks on her breasts. She underwent a submuscular breast augmentation with a 375 cc saline implnat filled to 410 cc. She did not need a lift. She has an excellent result with a natural shape.
Case 8: This is a 22 year old mexican girl who wanted to be a full"b" cup. We used a 240cc saline implant inflated to 275 cc and got her the outcome she wanted. Notice that the breast fold both before nad after the procedure have some asymmetry with the left fold lower than the right fold. Often these slight asymmetries of the fold should be left alone otherwise the implants can bottom out and fall too low.
Case 9: This is a 37 year old patient who had 3 pregnancies and was here for a "mommy makeover". Even though her breasts sag a little I didn't think she needed a lift and we used a 450 cc high profile gel implant to augment her. In addition she has a tummy tuck done at the same time. She has a great result and has sent in several of her friends who have had great results as well.
Case 10: This is a 27 year old who had some wt loss and some loss of breast volume and sagging afterwards. She underwent a submuscular augmentation with a 475 cc implant and is a "D" cup after surgery. Notice she has great cleavage and shape.
Case 11: This 37 year old mexican woman desired more volume. She had placement of a submuscular 350 cc saline implants to make her a "C' cup. She initially thought she might need a lift, but I felt it wasn't worth the trade off of the scar.
Case 12: This San Diego / Del Mar breast implants patient had a 270 cc implant to go from an A cup to full B cup.
Case 13: This 42 year old has some mild to moderate asymmetry and wanted to be "just a little bigger." We opted to go to a full "b" cup with 240 cc implants. She is very happy with her outcome. She is an avid runner and didn't want the augmentation to restrict her activity. Note, the asymmetry of the inframmary folds does not improve with an augmentation.
Case 14: This 21 year old Asian woman wanted a "sporty" look with her breast augmentation. Due to her minimal amount of breast tissue we opted for a 300 cc high profile gel implant. She has a full "B" cup and has an excellent result.
Case 15: This is a 23 year old who wanted to be a "D" cup, we utilized 500 cc high profile cohesive gel implants for her breast augmentation. This is a 6 month follow up.

Case 17: This patient desired a very natural slope and "tear drop" look to her breasts with some upper pole fullness. She underwent breast augmentation in San Diego / Del Mar with a 300 cc saline implant under the muscle. This is a 3 month followup.
Case 18: This patient underwent breast augmentation with a salin implant inflated to 450 cc. This is a 2 month follow up. The scars will take another 4-6 months to fade out. The breast implants were placed below the muscle. She is a "D" cup now.
